Programs include both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in applied science, which offer an education in the practical applications of the sciences,  as well as a master’s in entomology, which is designed for agricultural professionals, crop consultants, and science and biology teachers. 

Three certificate programs – in meat culinology, food safety and defense, and agriculture and natural resources – provide advanced education in highly specialized fields.
